So it’s 2026. When there for a flat repair , in my 2005 bmw 330i. I had a nail air it up a when there . They removed my tire didn’t tell me they didn’t have the size I wanted didnt tell me couldn’t fix my tire so they sold me what every they had to fix it an then ehen I got upset the MANAGER HAD HIS WORKERS REMOVED ALL THR STICKER WHEEL WEIGHTS FOR ALL MY TIRES WHEN I WASNT LOOKING . Writing this review because I just found out this morning an I wondering why im having a bumpy ride they are unprofessional and they advertise that they do alignments, but they do not do alignments now I have to go find somewhere who can balance the tires on my vehicle without getting an attitude
I have had a few auto repair scares, but luckily Simon and lion always are there to help me and it turns out they are really minor. I always go to this auto shop in Jacksonville. I don’t go to any other auto shop. I trust these guys with my car and they are the best.
I will definitely be back for all my services for my car. Amazing customer service, fast extremely nice, great prices, and understanding. Holds good conversation and excellent knowledge. Open later then others. Ramon (I think that's the spelling). Is the one who did my service for 2 tires. 5 star and more if I could. Thank you and i will be back after the new year to complete my car repairs.
