Nice little building right off of 95 with picnic tables out front to enjoy fresh air while eating your early morning breakfast or evening dinner. Amazing prices for the amount of food you get. Definitely worth the little stop on a roadtrip or a nice local spot for a coffee and biscuits and gravy. Yummy!!
Delightful surprise. We stopped by on the spur of the moment and was looking for a good sandwich , something different. Had the chicken Philly steak and the steak Philly steak sandwiches and both of them were absolutely amazing. Small, welcoming, and plentiful plates. Oh, and by the way, delicious French fries. Highly recommend! ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️
Just don’t! It’s an old gas station so that should have been first red flag. Came for breakfast. Ordered and it took FOREVER! After waiting and waiting and waiting we were informed they were out of bacon. Substituted with sausage. It was cold in the middle! Then brought out shrimp and grits and were informed they were out of grits. So we had shrimp. Were given no options or recourse! Go somewhere else! Our bill was close to $60 and it was not worth it! Family and friends must have gotten them the 4.8 because the 2 is generous!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ First time trying Sam’s and I’ll definitely be back! The cheesesteak was so good, and the fried okra was still perfectly crispy even after I got home, which says a lot. The portions are huge—the to-go box was packed full and surprisingly heavy. You definitely get your money’s worth here.💲💲 Great prices, delicious food, and generous portions. If you’re thinking about trying Sam’s, it’s absolutely worth the visit!
We're on vacation from new york on our way to visit relatives. Stopped randomly at the first place that we saw and we lucked out! Inside is clean, patrons seemed nice and the staff was very pleasant. We ordered a jumbo shrimp po boy and it was phenomenal. Bread was lite and crispy the sandwich was well dressed and the cook on the shrimp was on point! My wife got the shrimp and gizzard combo and again the shrimp was amazing. The gizzard, while a little chewy (which was to be expected) was very well seasoned and my 2yr old even ate a few of them. The fries were well seasoned and the mac and cheese was too. Highly recommend!
