Kyle, the owner went above and beyond making sure all my vehicle needs were met - Patiently answering every single question I had despite a full schedule! Organized and timely. Multi-tasking, coordinating well with hard working technicians. I highly recommend Sams. A 10/10.
Over the last few years, these guys have fixed a couple things on my old beat up truck. From a routine oil change to more complicated issues. Ive come to trust and rely on them for all my trucks needs. Always fair, always helpful, skilled, timely, honest, communicative and professional.
Long story short My trucks gearshift lever broke and Kyle & crew came thru by fixing it same day even tho they had other work going on Thank You! P.S. Sam's Certified will be my first choice in the future.
Excellent family run business trying to save you money. This is the place you want to go for knowledgeable helpful and honest work. I fully trust this shop and have never felt that way about about an automotive shop before.
I took my truck in on Monday and had it back the next day and it didnt cost an arm and leg. Kyle the owner was very kind and very reliable I will definitely use them again when I need work done . I am so thankful that I found a trustworthy mechanic that is only 1 mile away from my home. If you ever need anything done on your vehicle you can most certainly count on Sam's Certified Auto Repair. Thank you Kyle and crew. Y'all are the best!!!
