I rarely write reviews, but this shop absolutely deserves one. From the moment I first walked in, I was treated with honesty, professionalism, and respect. I’ve been bringing my vehicles here for over 3 years now, and the experience has been consistently excellent every single time. What impressed me most was their integrity—no unnecessary repairs, no upselling, just straightforward and trustworthy service. The quality of the work has always been outstanding. Finding a mechanic you can genuinely trust is difficult, but I can confidently say this is the best automotive service experience I’ve had. If you’re looking for knowledgeable, reliable, and honest mechanics who truly care about their customers, I highly recommend this shop.
Crazy Low Prices and EXCELLENT Work. Once Fixed - You don't bring your Car back for the same problem. When we moved here in 2021 I wanted to find mechanic shop that I could trust and stay with like we had in Seattle. SAM'S is that place. My wife and I Thank you for 4 Years of Excellent Service. Sam’s auto motive Has been helping me for the past 5 years with every car I’ve had and always gave me good work with affordable price. It’s a great shop to do business with.
I’ll definitely be coming back here for all of my car needs, Sam’s customer service is great and prices are unbeatable
Most important is Sam is a very honest and compassionate person. On 2/12/26, our car began making loud engine noise on the highway. Thank God, the next exit was one where Sam's garage was located. Even though it was after 6pm closing time, Sam took our car for a test drive and determined it was bad fuel and not the engine itself. He would not accept any payment and gave us advice on fuel to use going forward. I thank God for leading us to Sam and highly recommend him and his business to anyone.
