Neighborhood is nice. Some of the homes have small driveways, which causes a lot of people to have to park in the street, in return makes some roads crowded....with parked cars, or cars waiting to get by. Fortunately they do have sidewalks, but some kids still like to ride on the road.
Homes are closed and crack bad building community pool is always dirty! People always park on the road gym room is too small for this size of a community!😐 no air in the gym and no single and no wifi I would not buy here.
lovely development! AWFUL HOA management and board! Never ending notices that make homeowners slaves to there exterior property. Not in the best interest of the community...Nothing brings home values down faster then a bad HOA...
Pool was nice clean and warm..nice work out facility as well.plemy of area to chill..need a few vending machines to get drinks and light snacks
The HOA forced a homeowner to remove their Blue Lives Matter Flag due to a baseless complaint from one resident who claimed the flag is "racist". The Blue Lives Matter Flag represents ALL Law Enforcement Officers and flying the flag is a sign of respect for those who put their lives on the line everyday for complete strangers. Shameful act by this HOA!
