TJ always takes the time to listen to our concerns and processes in the field while also talking through the diagnosis of equipment! He is very knowledgeable of the equipment and does a great job with fixing the problem on the first trip and following up if it cannot be solved!
TJ did an amazing job getting my oven back up and running at Argyle Pizza Hut I appreciate the effort and speed in which he completed it, he also improved my 3 lane fryer to a 4 lane fryer as it was just a sticker that would make the change.
Wreckless and dangerous driving. Service trucks cutting people off, speeding, and riding tails way too close to intimidate.
Excellent Serivce for the restaurant equipment Atleast try once
We have only ever used them for the last 3 years for servicing our fridges and ice machines. Our ice machine is broken and so we called as usual and requested service. We were told that since we haven't had a service call since 2025 that we are being treated as a new customer and that there are no techs available to see us at all. We were told to "call back in a few months if we are still having issues." The customer service we received today was horrible. Our ice machine is completely not working and we have only ever used this company to service it. We now have to find a new company to trust with our equipment with no notice. Do not build a relationship with this company because they could not care less.
