A friend referred me to Nicole. She was so helpful. Answered all my questions and helped me lower my car insurance with better coverage. Helped navigate some special circumstances needed. And she did it in such a timely manner. Highly recommend Nicole and this office. They have ensured that the whole experience was above and beyond the what the expected insurance shopping experience usually is.
Nicole from their office reached out to me on 09/29 about my auto insurance. She was polite, had great energy, and was very knowledgeable of the policies that were offered. She helped me reduce my rates by a significant amount and I would not have known this without her help. I can’t say that anyone looks forward to a cold call from an insurance agent, however, it was a delightful conversation and I saved money. Win, win.
I am very happy with the service I received from Regina! She has called to check with me every 6 months for almost 2 years to ensure if she can provide me with a better rate and she sure did at the 4 calls! She was so determined to help and took her time with me by answering any questions I had. I asked her to keep my number and called me every 6 months at my renewal and she did! Finally she could get me the best rate that beat my previous insurance company on both cars and renter insurance!
I had the pleasure of working with Ali to setup my insurance policy for a newly established business. She was simply OUTSTANDING from start to finish. She swiftly responded to every question that I had, and went above and beyond going to bat for me. Completely transparent & extremely knowledgeable. This is the second policy that she has setup for me... At this point, I might not be able to work with anyone else lol. 10/10 would recommend!
