Salon Honey + Sage — St. John’s

Would rate 0 stars if I could. April did my extensions and did an amazing job the first two times, but as of recently my extensions have been ripping out my hair causing extreme hair loss and pain. These images shown are what my hair looks like 8 days after spending $600 on a move up and tone. Please never risk getting your hair done here I’ve had hair extentions for five years and this is by far the WORST experience I have ever had. Due to all the extreme hair loss, I’m now having to take a break from extentions for the first time in these five years.

I had the best experience at Honey + Sage. Natalie did an amazing job cutting my hair and I could not be happier! My hair was super long and I needed a cut above shoulder length. It’s such a huge cut and Natalie perfected my hair exactly how I envisioned it. Everyone was super nice when I walked in the door and such a clean and aestheticically pleasing salon. I will definitely be going back for future salon visits with Natalie!

My hair has been thinning over the years and with the thinning, my confidence and self-esteem have gone down too. Natasha is a miracle worker! With the hair extensions she placed and how she placed them, my confidence has soared and I have been feeling more like my old self again! She os so wonderful! The extensions took about a week to get used to, but now, I can't imagine being without them! I love how much fuller my hair is now and I love.

Front desk staff was very unprofessional. Stylist was out sick - I did not get the text message the receptionist supposedly sent. Instead of offering solutions she just want to argue that she sent it. Fine but I did not receive it - so I wanted to know what we could do now. There was no solution offered other than to argue she sent it. That doesn't even matter at this point. I won't be back. I will be looking for a new salon.
