Andy was so kind and helpful, answered some questions I had about products and was able to help me with what I needed!

I want to thank Emily. I called to verify that a particular product was in stock and in store. This was the second store I called, the first store, the product out of stock. Per my request Emily was kind enough to hold the product till closing. There was only one in the store.

Management is misleading, will tell you one thing but really means another. The manager convinced me to buy Articfox when I had Ion in my hand. Told me if I kept the receipt and ‘I did’ not like the Articfox she would replace it with the Ion free. No problem . I will do that for you because I use this product and it’s amazing I’m telling you this is more for your money. Well I listen to her & did my hair and the Articfox is horrible, do not buy it. It bleeds really bad , every time you sweat it comes off on you as well. The product is absolutely horrible for myself at least . Well I went back to the store and to the same manager. Told her what happen , showed her why I didn’t like it , and she did NOT honor what she said . She only wanted to give 10% which was only the cost of the taxes . I’m not one to usually say anything, but I’m so disappointed on the service and how she handled the whole situation. The manager looked at me like I was crazy, but she didn’t never told me anything of this when clearly she did. I had another person with me to say that she did you don’t miss leave people you don’t lie to people you were supposed to be there to help people Now I know that she was trying to give me a recommendation from her end and how great this product was but if you’re not gonna back up 100% of everything that you say, don’t say IT!! worst experience ever out of Sally’s and I will not ever go back.
