Had a nice time at this location today! Adam went above and beyond to inform me and my best friend about possible hair color combinations and what’s possible. Adam was honest about what would work the best and super helpful. Greeted everyone when they walked in the store and just an all around gem! 💎 Would come back just for Adam
This my go to Sally’s but this time has been honestly the best experience I’ve had so far. Adam helped me and my bestie figure out a color combo, they were so helpful and so nice and knowledgeable! I hope that every time I go they’re there!
I recently visited Sally Beauty in the evening, and my experience was disappointing and racially profiled, to say the least. There were two employees working—one who appeared to be the cashier and the other possibly the manager. When I walked in, I was greeted by the cashier, who asked if I needed help. I explained that I was looking for curl formers, and she directed me to the correct aisle, which I appreciated. However, as I continued browsing to decide which curl formers to purchase, I noticed the cashier staying in the same aisle, pretending to move products on the shelves. It was obvious she was monitoring me. When more customers arrived, she approached them briefly but made sure to stay in the same aisle where she could still watch me. To test what I suspected, I placed the curl formers on the counter for checkout and moved to another aisle, pretending to look for something else. Almost immediately, the manager came out of the back and asked if I needed help. I told her firmly that I didn’t need assistance and made it clear that I didn’t appreciate being watched so closely. Judging by previous reviews, this appears to be a recurring racial issue at this store. I informed the manager that this would be my last time shopping here and encouraged others to avoid this location as well. Behavior like this will ultimately hurt the store’s sales—this WILL happen!
I came in with two toned hair looking to dye my hair copper. The young lady working was straightforward and incredibly helpful, despite being the only employee there when it was pretty busy. I wish I had gotten her name but she had red and black short hair. The products she recommended gave me the EXACT color that I was looking for. Now when you’re doing hair at home, the results are gonna depend on you, but my hair turned out exactly how I wanted. I don’t think the dye I planned on purchasing would have given me the same look I was going for, so I am so grateful I took her advice. I will be back to this specific location when I need to do touch ups.
Really enjoyed this place, nice clean building great customer service. Kid friendly.
