Spencer was a very professional and kind driver. We had a package that was accidentally delivered to the wrong address. I called to inform Saia and within an hour we had our package. Spencer was very apologetic and took initiate for the mix-up. Our company is grateful to have wonderful delivery drivers like Spencer!

I order chemicals for the company I work for in Hampton fl . I’ve done so for the past 2 years and everytime Saia is the delivery service ! They have been a wonderful delivery service the entire time! Each one of the delivery guys has hand delivered my load and set it down in the spot I need. They are always friendly and accommodating and my delivery always arrives earlier than promised! We have a tricky parking lot to navigate and they have never had any issues. Sometimes the drivers need to get use to driving those big trucks in tight spaces so ,try them a few times and give grace bf you make your decision . I appreciate them a lot! Thank you Saia Trucking for always being on top of getting our needs to us! You rock!
The worst Freight company I ever used. They may be less expensive, but you get what you pay for. Had a shipment come in for delivery to a military base and they refuse to deliver after getting their money. The company did not want their driver to get a security check by the US Navy. I guess that may tell you about the drivers they hire. Never had this problem with other freight companies. I WILL NOT EVER USE THEM AGAIN NOR DO I RECORMEND ANYONE ELSE USE THEM. BUYER BEWARE
Picked up a package here, bit tricky to figure out where to get in (gate and buzzer system) but the staff were super friendly and helpful, fork lifted my items outside to make it easy to load up and be on my way.
Tow motor driver very inexperienced. He dropped our package, totally missing our trailer and ripped it open. Luckily no damage but please offer him more training. So not blaming him as he felt terrible and apologized. You put him in a very bad situation.
