The office staff is excellent as always. Everyone was kind. Courteous and helpful. The doctors and assistants were knowledgeable and helpful and answered questions as well as explained all facets of my care.

Been in pain for over a month. Came in for appointment to have tooth removed that is infected and causing enormous amount of pai. And then told that my blood pressure is too high and they refused to remove the problem. Blood pressure is high because of constant pain and infection. Everytime i come into the office it will be high but still refused to pull the one thing that would fix it all. I stead they want to refer to an oral surgeon that will cost more than i can afford. And they wonder why people dont trust doctors or dentists.

Had a referral sent from the VA and no one called. After waiting almost 2 weeks, I called and was told “I don’t see anything on you, I’ll have to contact a “different department” and get back to you…called the VA and had the referral sent to another provider closer to me in orange park and was scheduled and taken care of same day. Don’t waste your time with these folks especially IF YOUR VA-veteran using VA dental services

This office was amazing. They took me in as a new patient the same day due to a different office not accepting my insurance. They were very kind, informative, and helpful. They laid out the entire treatment plan for me and allowed me to work with them in terms of finances and time frame. I would highly recommend this office.
