My children arrived 20 minutes early to their routine, 6-month cleaning appointment. All forms had been completed, prior. I also called ahead of time to explain that another adult would bring them to the appointment to physically sign off on forms, though they’d all been completed beforehand. One hour and 15 minutes after their set appointment time, they still had not been examined or cleaned. I called and spoke on the phone with an office staff, who said they were being prepped. At this time I also explained that the guardian who brought them might need someone to run out to have anything signed, but even this was unnecessary as I had already been on the phone and filled out paperwork. Another 30 minutes went by, and the dentist called and spoke with me over the phone concerning both kids; but they still had not had their cleanings. The dentist suggested a special toothpaste and 4-month cleanings, since they’d be starting orthodontic treatment. 45 more minutes went by, and the hygienist calls to tell me they needed “a deeper cleaning,” and I needed to be present for this treatment. My children have had one cavity between the two of them in their 16 years of life. There is no way that in 6 months since the last cleaning, they now need a deep, periodontal cleaning, when every other 6 month appointment their entire lives has had glowing reports and commentary on their dental health. The dentist also tried to sell me additional services and products. Mind you, after being there for 2.5 hours beyond their set appointment, they still have not had their teeth cleaned, I had to step away from work to take multiple calls, and they had been given prescribed “treatments” they didn’t need. I had hopes that this office would not be focused on selling services and would communicate better amongst themselves and their patients. I will not be using this office again and would not recommend to anyone whose children, time, and money are valuable.
I have found my forever dentist! Sage Dental Town Center is wonderful! From the front desk to the hygienist and dentist my experience was very pleasant! I need some significant dental work done and they helped me find the right plan and financing to make everything possible! They were extremely supportive and patient with explaining everything and dealing with my insurance. Thanks especially to Kanisha, Nusiba and Aleesandra who all went above and beyond to help me!
Dr. Najmi and the entire staff are excellent. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and polite. While not my regular Sage Dental location, I was accommodated with an appointment just two days after my initial contact so that I could more quickly have a crown restored. The care I received was outstanding and the cost of the visit was surprisingly very low compared to what I expected.
This place will up charge you up on everything they possibly can! They kept pushing on extra deep cleaning because they poked my gums so hard they started to bleed, the extra charges came up to $350 each side. So total for the cleaning about $700! That’s with insurance! They kept pushing on bunch of fillings I need to do but could not show me the x rays and explain better which teeth I need fillings. They would just say numbers of teeth but could not back it up with X-rays. They would keep me there for three hours telling me about my problems with teeth and trying to rush me to agree on $5000 plan they were proposing. I did one side of cleaning they offered and paid $350, later i received a bill with the same breakdown of procedure but the prices are much cheaper and i ended up still owing them! They switch up the codes and will charge you maximum at the place and later send you additional charges with a different code for the same procedure. Insane scam! Scam! Do not go here if you want a professional care!
Dr. Mota, Alessandra, Nusiba and the entire staff are excellent. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and polite. I went a few times to do my cleanings, have new crowns and I am very happy with the results. I will definitely continue going back. Thanks all for the excellent services.😊
