Yes first I’d like to say I was on the side of road with my boat and trailer. One tire came completely off so no way for me to do anything. I called you and within an hour you had a guy there named Omar. He was so awesome and had to do a lot to make sure the boat was secure. When he got to my home he got it right in the back and unloaded it with great precision and care. I can’t thank him enough. Hope you know he is a great asset to your company.
Exceptional service from both Justin and Junior today! My poor car wouldn't crank up and was parked overnight in front of a liquor store. I called around 7:30. By 9:30, my car was back home with me and all was done with a sincere smile and not too big a pinch in my pocket! Thanks Safe Harbor for BEING a Safe Harbor in my time of urgent need. 10/10, definitely would recommend
Needed a tow after my 17 year old was involved in a car accident! They were so kind and concerned, arrived within 15 minutes and made the process so easy. 10/10 would recommend. They handled any process involving the insurance company and got it taken care of without even needing me. I’m eternally grateful for the way they handled it all.
Had put in my two weeks and they denied it called these guys and Nabeel picked up my toolbox the next day. On time and very professional/careful with how much it weighed. I’m actually gonna call him back in a couple weeks when I settle into the new place. 10/10 would recommend.
I was stranded late at night and Safe Harbor Towing came through fast. Nabeel arrived in just 20 minutes, was professional, efficient, and made the whole process stress-free. He even sent photos after dropping the car at the dealership for peace of mind. Highly recommend and would definitely use again!
