The lady working was very kind and there was no wait. I have thicker eyebrows and they already have a nice shape. I just needed them cleaned up. I usually go to a certain lady at the mall, but popped in here to be quick. It's frustrating that someone who is supposed to to do this as a profession can do such a poor job. Eyebrows were shortened on both ends way too much. Demolished the shape and big chunk out of the top. Not only thin but just completely unattractive shape like someone who had no idea what an eyebrow is suppose to look like. I had been a few times a year or so ago and they had done ok, not great so I stopped going but this was really bad. i attached pictures and then the last one is how my eyebrows usually look for reference. I didn't complain because the lady was nice and I looked so quickly at them. I paid and left a good tip and then felt like crap and wanted to cry when I looked in the car mirror
Ms. Urvashi did a great job with the eyebrow threading and facial! The eyebrow threading was pretty quick and the basic facial + massage was 30 minutes and relaxing. It left my skin feeling soft and rejuvenated. I would’ve given 5 stars BUT it was just Ms. Urvashi so it was a little bit of a wait (15-30 minutes) between myself and other customers. Other than that, I recommend!!
These ladies do a fabulous job! They are always very quick— like under 5 minutes— and the quality is amazing. I’m someone who has to get my eyebrows waxed once every two weeks but when I get them threaded here it lasts me over a month! Great service and they are so kind.

I showed a picture to the lady working there of what I wanted (a picture of my brows the last time I got them threaded) I asked for her to clean them up and bring out their natural shape, but not to thin them. She said okay but instead shortened them and thinned them out a ton, which I asked her not to do. Now the grow back is messy and im going to have to avoid cleaning them up until my normal thickness returns. She was very nice but I wouldn’t go back.
