Doing my research I found that this agency was named #1 in Destin and we went with Maria Druin because she was their #1 agent. Also, both of these women were trained by a long time realtor who had passed that I had much respect for. When we wanted to downsize, Maria found us the perfect condo. In October 2020 Maria helped us buy a home and negotiated what we considered a fair price for the property. Unfortunately, we had to return to Kansas to finish an unfinished project that could not wait. We asked Maria for advise both with renting the property, and selling the property.
