Very impressive facility with even more impressive owners. They are people of faith who believe in giving back. They have missions around the world where they give toys to children who are the most in need. They truely care about these communities and help with medical and housing - very impressive outreach program. This is the most impressive word working facility I have ever seen. The end product is beautiful and will make any facility legendary.
Upon first impression, as the main doors open as if you would walk into pay palace; the main lobby area is very impressive with wood designs, well crafted architecture, and very polite receptionists. The people are who makes the business, and I'd like to touch on the impressive customer service I experience on an everyday basis. Both receptionists are outstanding! Everytime I enter, I am greeted with the best hospitality, and a prime example of customer service. Jessica, one of the receptionists, is always there to help me when I need it. I appreciate her going above and beyond to make sure my experience at Rulon is always amazing. Thank you, and it's a pleasure stopping by daily. -Your neighborhood FedEx delivery guy, William Sanders III
They screwed up my order and charged us for their mistake even with proof in an email. They shipped wood trim when we specifically requested it not be added to our order. $750 for unusable junk wood trim. Their excuse is "YOU SIGNED FOR IT", very unprofessional.
Stunning facility with true life success story, giving back to those in need here and in Equador, Tanzania.
Simply amazing! They make the finest architectural wood products that I have ever seen!
