ruckus is the best marketing and communications team i have ever had the pleasure to work with. I love the intentional way they spend so much time to understand the client and the story the client is trying to tell. They are wonderful to work with and Susan Masucci goes above and beyond the call of duty to ensure the client gets the best product!
Have you ever heard a client, after working on a particularly challenging project, happily say; "Wow, it's amazing how all this stuff just comes together....!" Serendipity is not guaranteed, that's why seasoned pros know that preparation, communication, massive amounts of talent, and attention to the micro details, are keys to success. ruckus "sweats the small stuff," so their clients don't have to. Their dedication and effort make the challenges that arise look, well, effortless. It's like when all you see on the surface is the tip of a beautiful iceberg. It's what you don't see underneath that's holding things up. That's where the magic happens. And that's ruckus! Supporting, creating, and exceeding expectations. They just happen to make it look easy.
Ruckus is more than a PR agency, it’s truly a mindset that starts with its founder, Susan Masucci, who instills and strives for excellence in all she does. The Ruckus Team is not just creative, but compassionate and consistent in branding. Community is a buzzword for many, but it’s actually woven into every fiber of Ruckus!
I have had the pleasure of collaborating with Ruckus in my capacity as a board member of the MaliVie Washington Youth Foundation. Their team is exceptionally creative, details oriented and fun to work with. Of the many agencies I’ve worked wirh in my 30+ year career, Ruckus is far and away my favorite.
The team at Ruckus is top notch. They start each project as if it is the only one they have and treat not only the project but the team surrounding it with such kindness and care. I would recommend this team to anyone!
