RPM Automotive

Just purchased new car and company advised to take here for repairs. I went in very stressed out as I just bought a new car and it had problems. The guys were very nice and helpful. explained everything up front so I was aware. Made sure I understood the process. I had no idea what to do or expect. The car company covered the fees, and unforunatly the guys had to deal with their lengthy process. Once all was approved and repaired they explained everything to me so I understood again. I am so thankful for their excellent customer.

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My car completely crapped out on me out of nowhere, and I had absolutely no idea what was wrong with it. I brought it into RPM Automotive in River City, and Brian Woodle was incredible. He was so professional, nice, and did an amazing job of keeping me in the loop the entire time. They went from not knowing what the heck was wrong with my vehicle to having it up, running, and performing like a beast in two days or less. Brian deserves all the praise. Five stars!

Gary was amazing after a hard day I’ve had. He even laughed at my jokes :) He definitely deserves 5 stars and ice cream!!! I appreciate how quickly and efficiently the guy who placed my tire was. Thanks for reshaping my day!!!

Glad I stumbled upon this location and even more lucky that Brian was at the front desk the evening I rolled in! I was having an intermittent a/c issue & he took the time to research if it was a common problem with my vehicle make & model, as the issue was difficult to reproduce. This was the 3rd place I had taken my vehicle & no one even began to offer me that kind of time or effort. Would use them again no doubt.
