Had my car towed due to being unable to shift out of park. Kim told me that it would be $1800 to get my entire shifter cable replaced per the mechanic. After doing more research and asking questions and for pictures, suddenly the story changed. Then I get a text saying it would be $650. I came in once again and got more run around after asking more questions. The manager was unhelpful and quickly said multiple times "I don't want to get in the middle of it". I was given back my keys and was able to fix my car with a $15 kit from autozone. Don't trust this place. 👍🏽👍🏽
Fantastic shop! Went in for a second opinion on repairs due to the size of the estimate. Not only did I not need most of the repairs (suspension related), they found an oil leak the dealer neglected to mention! Price was way less and service was quick, had me done in a day, not several like I was told originally. Will definitely be coming back for all my vehicle needs!
These guys did great. I was worried because I had a small oil leak but the reservoir was reading full. Turns out the place I went to before (Valvoline on Beach Blvd by Taco Bell) had overtightened the oil plug and had gotten oil all over the place when they filled it back up. I had RPM change my oil and rotate my tires. I'll be coming back here from now, on. They send out coupons for services too. Thanks guys!
We came in after my battery died and I had to get my car towed. We're here for the weekend and we wouldn't have anything to drive around town or back home. Pep Boys didn't have as many people working today but they fit us in anyways. I got a new battery and now I have a drivable car again. I am so incredibly grateful to you guys. Thank you so much.
Someone had hit my back wheel on my caddy. Took it in, spoke with Mike and my alignment was done in the time I took to got have lunch down the road. Excellent service and Friendly! Priced right! Highly recommended!
