Five stars is not enough for this specific RPM shop. These are the absolute best mechanics I have ever been to in my life. I am not just saying that. Duane, Marvin, and the team are the most incredible, sincere, and upstanding people you could have the honor of bringing your car troubles to. They genuinely care about sorting out the issue with your car and helping people. I have been to countless mechanics—the level of honesty, care, and goodness from Dwayne and the team honestly has blown my mind. They are simply the best!! They've gained a customer for life!
We’ve been working with Dwayne at the Jacksonville Beach RPM for around 15 years, and he has consistently been an absolute pleasure to work with. He is kind, honest, incredibly knowledgeable, and always transparent. We truly appreciate how clearly he communicates what’s going on with our vehicles and how much we can trust his recommendations. This RPM location has continued to uphold the culture, integrity, and accuracy that RPM has always been known for, and Dwayne is a huge part of that. His professionalism and dedication really set the tone. We couldn’t recommend Dwayne and the Jacksonville Beach RPM more highly!
Couple weeks ago I was about to head out of town when I suddenly had a flat tire. I saw RPM open across the street and made it over just in time. They fixed my flat and wouldn’t take a dime. Thank you
Great mechanic, terrible customer service. It has happened multiple times that we make an appointment in advance and make the effort to drive our car to the shop…only to be told after arriving that somebody is out and they can’t work on our car. No effort to call us on the phone to cancel our appointment. The most recent time, they said they wouldn’t be able to do the repair for several weeks. We’re done with this shop.
I love RPM at Jax Beach! The staff are so knowledgeable, and they have provided wonderful maintenance on my car for 12 years now. Definitely recommended to anyone looking for an efficient, honest auto shop that's priced right for the exceptional service!
