*****Update***** I brought it back to them and they fixed my uniform and got the stain out. I gave him a week and he said if he couldn’t fix it he’d buy a new uniform for me. Glad I don’t have to buy a new uniform. Happy with the outcome and making the situation right! Pretty upset that I took my uniform to get it dry cleaned. And when I picked it up they didn’t mention anything about it being ruined they are white! And they left a note saying sorry they stained them.. and I didn’t think to check them prior… I’m very dissatisfied with them. That’s not how you handle this problem, not even tell me just put a note? And you charged me for ruining my uniform?
I dropped off my wedding dress that I never had cleaned after I wore it 30 years ago. Stains all over, sitting there for the last 30 years. With my daughter showing interest in possibly wearing it one day, I decided to see what could be done. They kept it longer than originally thought, but there was no rush. I picked it up today and all I can say is “WOW!!!” Not ONE stain on it. No dirt, no grass, nothing. It literally looks BRAND NEW! I highly recommend taking your wedding dress there to be cleaned. It’s worth every penny spent!
This was my first time using this dry cleaner and I had a really good experience. The customer service was welcoming, the turnaround time was quick, and my clothes looked great when I picked them up. It’s always nice finding a reliable place on the first try. Highly recommend!
Absolutely excellent service from start to finish. The staff is welcoming, attentive, and clearly takes pride in their work. Every item I’ve brought in has come back impeccably clean, perfectly pressed, and handled with real care—even more delicate pieces. Turnaround time is quick and reliable, and the pricing is very fair for the level of quality you get especially in this county.
I am extremely disappointed with this service. I paid $160 for laundry service, and my clothes were clearly NOT washed — they were only ironed. One of my jackets was returned with dog hair on it, even though I did NOT give it to them that way. This indicates the clothes were not properly cleaned or were mixed with other customers’ items in an unsanitary manner. There was no fresh smell, no sign of actual washing — just pressed clothing. Charging a customer for a service that was not provided feels like stealing, plain and simple. Because of how my clothes were handled, I now feel disgusted at the idea of wearing them. I trusted this business with my clothes and my money, and what I received was careless and unprofessional. I do NOT recommend this place. Inspect your clothes carefully before leaving. I will not be returning.
