We love this office. Everyone is very nice and kid friendly. Ms Cathy, for eye therapy is Awesome. She had worked wonders for my son. He is making great progress due to her. DR Kaitlyn Brown explains everything she is doing during testing to make my son comfortable. Receptionist are aways friendly and helpful.
My first visit was a totally positive experience. Dr. Mattox is very knowledgeable and patiently answered my questions. The entire staff was friendly and helpful.
From the moment I for out of my car and I was walking to the door I was greeted and welcomed. From the front office staff to the Dr. To the gentleman who took my eye measurements for my new lenses. This was my first visit and o felt like I’ve known them for years. Amazing!!!
Dr Brown is the very best at what she does. Dr Brown is also kind and eager to listen to her patients questions. I have double vision. I was tested 2 years ago and given a new prescription. I With the help of my new glasses I no longer have double vision.
The front desk staff at Rowe Family EyeCare is kind and welcoming. The optician is friendly and thorough. Dr. Sierra Mattox takes her time during exams and thoroughly answers any questions you have.
