Menelik was very professional with a wonderful personality , so polite, and respectful in our home. Menelik was very thorough going through the house, he answered all our questions. We're definitely signing up for their monthly visits. Again thank you so much Menelik.
Menelik is so great! We’ve lived here for a little over a year and we had a roach problem when we first moved in. Wasn’t awful but roaches are disgustingly no matter how small the problem is. Menelik came out and got rid of them and checked back to make sure everything was still going good. He’s a great asset to Rotech!
The experience I received with pest control service agent Mr.Menelikon 2/4/26 was Professional Excellence. I truly appreciated this experience and I wanted say thanks sir, for your professional service.
