Roses Discount Store

My grandmother and her dog peanut used to love going to this store before they moved up north. I miss her. Rest in peace Grandma and thank you for keeping her company while she had no one around down there

Love how this store have little of everything at reasonable cost

I can understand why Roses Department Stores are closing. We pay for customer service and product. This is my experience with the Roses on Norwood St. Jacksonville, FL. I attempted to buy an item at the register, but it would not scan. Therefore, I got another one but a different color and it scanned at Roses' price. The manager, Kadisha said "You have to pay the brand price. I said, "But it will not scan." She said, "Do you want it or not." I said, No thank you." Common sense would tell anyone: Make The Sale. It was the same brand, same size, and same shape, just a different color without a Roses' price tag. I would have put everything back but my daughter had some items so I didn't but Customer Service goes a long way. I will buy something I don't need with great customer service. Come one people, Do Better & Stop Being A Crab!
