I came in today for a pedicure and manicure. The pedicure was great and I was really happy with how it turned out. The manicure, however, was just okay — I had to ask a couple of times for certain things to be fixed. What really bothered me was the way the owner (a man) spoke to the employee who was doing my nails. He was yelling at her multiple times in front of customers whenever she made a mistake. It was extremely uncomfortable to witness, and you could clearly see how upset and stressed she was. My nails also look awful after only two days. Unfortunately, that experience alone will keep me from returning. I hope the salon works on creating a more respectful environment for their staff.
I had the best gel pedicure with the BEST and LONGEST massage from Anthony! I felt like he really enjoys his job and took his time. He was very friendly and funny and made it so enjoyable. Definitely the only place I will go from here on out. 10/10 highly recommended! 😃 Also, the price was phenomenal!! $$ Great deal!
Amazing ! That’s the best way to describe it. Anything gave the best pedicure I’ve ever had. It was amazing ! He really took his time and focused on the stressed out and tight muscles in my legs and feet. Look forward to coming back and seeing him as well as Phillip ! I got cat eye nails with dip and basic pedicure.
Anthony was absolutely amazing! Called ahead for a pedicure and they got me in right away! It was the best pedicure I’ve ever had, including the massage! Will definitely be back!
Rose Nail Salon where do I even begin? My mother and I walked in for two pedicures and were immediately met with awkward silence. Several employees just stared at us without saying hello, welcome, or asking how they could help. After standing there for about 20–30 seconds, I finally said, “Two pedicures.” The male employee at the front simply replied, “Okay, two,” and walked away. Once again, we were left standing there awkwardly. I asked another female employee where the restroom was, and she told me it was the second door on the right. On my way there, I could hear two male employees in the back loudly cursing at each other over one of them eating steak for lunch. The restroom itself was disgusting and appeared to double as a storage room. The walls had broken tiles, there were cracked tiles on the floor, the door was visibly dirty, there was grime buildup everywhere, and the smell was awful. When I came back out, I noticed they had seated my mother between two strangers and told me if I wanted to sit next to her, I would have to wait for another seat to open. At that point, I asked my mother to get up because we were going somewhere cleaner and more professional. My mother also mentioned that while I was in the restroom, two male employees started arguing again this time over one of them wanting a smoke break. Needless to say, this place was completely unprofessional, unsanitary, and uncomfortable. We left without getting services done.
