We’ve now had a few closings in Rookery, and I can confidently say this community has been an amazing experience every single time. Not only has Susie been absolutely incredible throughout the transactions,communicative, professional, and truly on top of everything but the entire team really stands out. Jeff, the superintendent, was especially great to work with. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in the quality of the homes being built. During third-party inspections, I’ve honestly never seen such clean reports, which says a lot about the build quality here. Beyond the homes, I genuinely love this community. The natural setting, all the birds, and the peaceful feel make it really special. And with the amenities opening up soon especially the bridge connection to 17 it’s only going to get even better. This is definitely a community I feel confident recommending again and again.
Andra is amazing to work with. She found us a home with a big yard I want a summer kitchen. On top of that she gave us a low interest rate, she paid closing cost and included a fridge and washer and dryer. The community is great. Can’t wait for the pool and gym
We’ve had a great experience with the Rookery community here in Green Cove Springs. Jeff, our superintendent, was awesome throughout the process especially during our walkthroughs. He was knowledgeable, attentive, and made sure everything was done right. Susie, our sales rep, is really what made this experience special for us. From day one, she went above and beyond and made us feel comfortable the entire time. We built a genuine connection with her, and that meant a lot to my wife and I as we step into this next chapter of our lives. She truly cares, and it shows. We also had a great experience with our loan officer, Jorge, who did an outstanding job guiding us through what could have been a daunting process. He made everything feel smooth and easy. We’re really excited about the amenities opening soon it’s only going to make living here even better. We’re loving it here and would definitely recommend this community and Susie to anyone thinking about moving here.
I've worked with the Team of Meghan & Devon in several counties and developments over the years. These girls have got it going on. Kind of amazing that they have the presence of mind to handle all things related, even if one of them is unavailable. There's not an agent or Team in N.E. Florida I would rather work with. DR Horton should be proud!
Came down one day on a day trip and decided to stop by The Rookery. Really nice up and coming community just outside Jax. We spent some time with Susie Manaois and really enjoyed the experience so much that after looking at several floor plans and visiting several houses that we decided on buying a home. With all the guidance and help she provided us and putting us in contact with the DR Horton team, the entire process was quick and straightforward. Now we are proud home owners loving our new home and making it our own. Thank you Susie and the DR Horton Team!
