Romeo has painted my vehicles before and ALWAYS exceeds expectations! He is a man of INTEGRITY, if he says he can do it....HE CAN DO IT! My X5 BMW looks BRAND NEW! The headlights look BRAND NEW! I will NEVER go anywhere else!
I highly recommend Romeo Body shop. My Cadillac was in an accident that had an extensive amount of damage. They did an outstanding job on repairing my vehicle. It looks brand new. The paint match and it ride good. They were able to get me back in my automobile with a quick turn around time. I so appreciate all they have done and wish that the business continue to prosper.!Again thank you for the excellent work.
Romeo’s yelled at me for almost the entire 10 minute phone conversation we had. I was simply asking for a timeline on an estimate so that I didn’t have to be without my work truck while Romeo’s sent the paperwork/photos to my fleet company’s insurance and then ordered parts. What should’ve been a simple 2 minute conversation about drop off and pick up turned into the most condescending and aggressive interaction I’ve ever had with a business. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
Romeo is a rude person who talks to people like they are nothing. He doesn’t deserve even one star but it makes you out a review. People like Romeo shouldn’t even be in business especially as a black owned business. He makes black people look bad and this is why people take their cars to actual body shops. Romeo was referred but I will stick with actual body shops. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP FOR ANYTHING. Spend your money somewhere that will know respect, customer service and how to treat their customers!
Romeo gave me a great price on some really good work. He was clear and direct and fast. One of the best experiences I've had in a long time.
