Poor service. Ended getting cancer so my account went to collections which is already an unfair story because I missed it by a day. But I took the L. So I have been paying this account for awhile now . So today I go to pay and the site changed. I hope the calls are recorded because they way the lady spoke to me because the site was different and I needed to understand why I was not able to long in is disgusting. I will never pull any loan for this company again just based on that. Purely rude for no reason. Listen to the call. I could have matched her nasty energy but did not.
You will agree on a price and they will charge you another one as if we aren’t struggling enough
Horrible customer service, every month its a new rule or change in the way they handle things. Tavetri, always raising her voice thinks that's the way to make it clearer instead of speaking with details and thoroughly communicating on what has changed. Dont ever have a question, because god forbid they need to respond like a decent person. Irma is Horrible she doesnt even know how to read notes or understand other employees notes. Every month its a different issue. Kat and the other lady are very professional.
Rolfe & Lobello is exactly what you’d expect from a typical legal business—out to make money, not to help people. For over a year and a half, I consistently paid on a legal agreement we had in place. I was on track to be done next year. Then, life happened. A bill crossed, and I missed a payment—just one. Three days later, I got an email saying my payment had been made, so naturally, I assumed everything was fine. Then, on February 27th, I got an email stating my payment was actually missed, and if I didn’t get it current within five days of their letter, I’d have to pay the full amount. I immediately tried to fix it. On February 27th, but not sure what happen when I tried to make the payment and emailed them on March 1st to confirm, but—of course—no response. I make another payment on March 4th just to finally get confirmation. Today, I called to get some clarity, only to speak with an account manager whose tone made it clear I was nothing more than an annoyance. She flatly told me the letter was sent on the 20th, but she had no idea why it took so long to reach me. And, unsurprisingly, there was “nothing she could do.” No concern, no understanding, no acknowledgment of the fact that I had done the right thing all along. One minor misstep, no communication from their side, and now they get to make even more money off of me. It doesn’t matter if you play by their rules or do your best—at the end of the day, they will find a way to squeeze every last dollar out of you. If you’re dealing with them, just know—no matter what—you’re going to get screwed.
Didn’t get the name of the account manager that took my call today to make a change on my payment plan but the service today was very rude, rushed & with an attitude when I was just asking for clarity. Making the review here so it can be addressed generally to your staff.
