Dr Miller has been my primary physician since 1995. Every appt I've ever had has been on time, or only a few minutes late. He is a great physician, and his staff are very friendly and organized. Today, I have to share this great experience. I developed a severe rash over half my body. I stopped in, to see if I could possibly see Dr Miller, but didn't hold much hope of that. After they saw my rash, they whisked me away to isolation, and within 30 minutes, they shuffled the schedules around, and I was seen very quickly. I will be forever grateful, for their attentiveness to me. my next stop most likely would have the Emergency room...it was that bad. thank you, Dr Miller and thank you, to your staff. Your office is a CLASS ACT!
Dr. Miller notices an abnormality on my dad's stress test, and instead of just waiting around and telling him to follow up later about it, he had him go to the ER, where they did a heart cath and noticed significant blockage. This no doubt, along with the bypass surgery he ended up needing, saved my dad's life. We appreciate you Dr. Miller!
I currently have the flu and I’m very sick. I’ve been trying for 5 hours to get my prescriptions! I specifically told them the correct pharmacy and they called it in to TAMPA!! Why on earth would they do that?? I live in Jacksonville!! Now I’m home in bed with 102 fever and can’t get my meds! Pay attention to your patients ! I’m SO outraged!! And no one has called me back OR solved the problem. I’m outraged!
Im not a patient of Dr Miller's because Im self pay, THEY REFUSED me as a patient. I found this business practice very insulting and down right wrong. I always pay my bills nor am I looking for a "line of credit" and if by chance they couldn't find me a referral I'm fully capable of of obtaining one myself.. This seems to be a business practice reflecting Baptist Hospital .....Very disappointed!!!!!!
I have been a patient of Dr Millers for over 25 years and he is an excellent doctor who listens and genuinely cares about his patients.
