Absolutely amazing gluten free pizza! They take all precautions and make it celiac safe. My family says it tastes just like the gluten containing pizza, which was also amazing. Been wanting to try them out since they opened over two years ago and finally made it today. I’ve made pizza professionally and at home as a hobby for nearly 30 years so I’ve got some cred and a fairly good critic on the subject matter. Both pizzas we had were phenomenal (and the tres leches!), Alex was very friendly and accommodating, cannot recommend them enough. Crust was spot on and perfect sized menu with solid variety and good flavor combos. We love supporting local businesses and you can tell how much passion Alex and family have for the food and process. We will be back again soon and can’t wait to talk shop further and try more offerings!
I wish I had known of this place sooner. The gluten free pizza crust is the best I’ve ever had. It is not hard and crunchy like a cracker, but it is soft and fluffy like pizza crust should be. They are awesome about taking care of food allergies and the experience was amazing.
As someone with celiac disease, finding pizza this good—and genuinely safe—in Jacksonville is honestly life-changing. Rodrigo’s Craft Pizza is hands-down the best gluten-free pizza I’ve ever had, and I don’t say that lightly. My go-to order is the calzone, Margherita pizza, and burrata, and every single time it’s perfection. The dough is unreal (crispy, airy, and full of flavor—not that sad gluten-free substitute taste), the ingredients are incredibly fresh, and the portions are so generous that I always have leftovers. What really says everything is that my non-gluten-free family eats here with me and genuinely loves it. They don’t feel like they’re “settling” for gluten-free at all—it’s just really amazing pizza that everyone can enjoy. The quality compared to the pricing is absolutely worth it—this is how pizza should be done. The entire staff is friendly, welcoming, and attentive, and if you ever get the chance to talk to the owner, do it. He’s incredibly kind and passionate, and it clearly shows in every detail and every bite. If you’re gluten-free (or not!) and looking for thoughtfully made, authentic pizza in Jacksonville, this place is a must. Nothing else compares. 🙌🍕
Love how close a delicious pizza place is! Since I came with Yelp we had a specialty pizza that was really delicious, with Bolognese on top, in a very interesting, new style. I haven't tried before. I am usually a meat lover or a white pizza person, but adding the meat on top of the white pizza was actually very delicious. My mom just got the classic Bianca pizza, and it was really good. I had a slice myself, and loved it. We also tried the fried risotto balls, which were really good, served with a side of marinara. The location is really cute, and everyone was so friendly inside. Glad this is so close to me because I'II definitely be back here again.
