Installed propane pool heater. When the install was completed it made a loud howling sound when turned on that was attributed to a old regulator that they didn't think needed replacing and would work itself out. I told Tim it wasn't the regulator and the noise was too loud and would annoy my neighbors. After installing a new regulator the sound didn't stop. That's when Tim realized the heater he installed required a conversion kit to use propane. Tim installed the conversion kit and the sound ceased. The guy I hired to replace some screens smelled propane around the pool equipment so I called Tim to come out and check but he wouldn't come out. The next day I called Tim again and he wouldn't come out again so I called the propane company to check it. The propane company found and fixed a leak coming off the regulator Tim replaced. I lost hundreds of dollars in propane and also paid for the repair by the propane company. Tim mentioned that he didn't charge me for the new regulator or the $30 conversion kit. I think he mentioned not charging me for the regulator repair I didn't need and the conversion kit that should have been in the original quote as good customer service. When I hired Tim/T W Robertson I did check the BBB and other reviews and wasn't concerned. The issues may have started when I requested a more expensive pool heater that Tim may not have had any experience with, that had stronger internal piping than the one Tim recommended. It was the same brand Tim uses though.
