Working with Robert was an outstanding experience from start to finish. He is truly one of the best Realtors in the St. Augustine area. We recently closed on our home at 4255 Kristen St. in Hastings, FL, and the entire buying process was smooth, professional, and stress-free thanks to his expertise. One thing that really stood out was how hard he worked to get us the best deal possible—he negotiated so well that we actually received $3,700 back at closing as buyers, which was a huge help. From day one, he was knowledgeable about the local market, responsive to every question, and always had our best interests in mind. He guided us through every step of the home buying process and made sure we felt confident in every decision. If you’re looking to buy or sell a home in St. Augustine or Hastings, I highly recommend Robert. His dedication, communication, and results truly set him apart from other real estate agents. Couldn’t have asked for a better Realtor!
As the buyer’s lender, I worked closely with Robert on the mortgage side of the transaction. Robert is highly accessible, professional, and a strong communicator throughout the process. And He is quick to stay on top the big picture by paying attention to the inner details. We worked together to structure the deal smoothly, and his negotiation skills were exceptional. Robert negotiated added value inside the transaction that were not only necessary to support the financing component- but also led To an exceedingly optimal outcome as perceived by our client. This was one of those transactions were all parties had a great time during the process while exuding, exceptional professionalism and care for the clients along the way. Robert is a true professional Who executes his craft extremely well at a very high level and values relationships over transactions.
Robert was great to work with and helped our customers meet their goals of buying and selling a home in Palatka on time. He worked with his buyers to help my sellers make a single move to their new construction home in Palm Coast. I look forward to working with Robert again.
