Great small town coffee shop that sells diabetic inducing concoctions (compliment). I ordered normal black coffee but still took a picture of this monster. Check out preppier shops in town, get ideas, take pride and change the decorating. It will increase sales.
While these ease of online ordering was convenient, the customer service was way off. There were two other customers inside the store when I entered, and about six employees. Not a single employee greeted me when I walked in. They looked up and went right back to conversing with the other customers and making drinks. It being my first time there, it was extremely unwelcoming. I stood at the pickup counter for a minute and no one walked up and/or said anything. I finally flagged a girl down and asked her do we just grab our orders or do they need to check us out or give us a receipt. She was very unfriendly and said “You should have gotten your receipt online.” No one said “Thank you/Have a great day/Come again” or anything close to a decent customer service greeting. The Dirty Chai Vanilla Tea tasted pretty bland for a drink containing two shots of espresso. It was very milky/watered down for a traditionally heavily spiced Chai drink. I had the Backwoods Country Style Burrito, which for a burrito containing gravy on the inside, was very dry. It lacked seasoning, which would have given depth to the flavors and at least made it taste better in spite of the dryness. I will likely not be back. Feeling unwelcome on top of receiving subpar food and drinks is not worth the $16 spent.
Ordered sugarfree Hazelnut Latte, egg bites, chocolate crossaint & ham & cheese crossaint. All of the items were great! I was very pleased to find the keto egg bites. Its not always easy to stick to a low carb high protein diet. And the Latte was phenomenal!! Good work ladies!!
We love stopping by here to get coffee and sometimes a delicious treat! The service is always welcoming and fast, and it’s usually busy! The reason this coffee establishment is so successful is because they deliver up an amazing and tasty product 👏🏻😍☕️🥐 They get it right - every time. They definitely have the best pumpkin spice latte that I’ve tried so far 🤎🫶🏻🎃 The cinnamon roll with icing warmed up is a great complement to any of their coffee selections 👌🏻
I usually have a good experience every time I go. Today I went around 12:45 and the new girl was so rude to me. I said hi and she had the rudest tone with me and said " What do you want" and I then I ordered my usual and she said " we can't do that" for one of the options when they do it every time. She either needs to be talked to about her attitude or fired in all honesty. One person like that can give a good business a bad reputation. That is my reason for this review. Otherwise I would give them a 5 star.
