I rarely leave negative reviews, but after spending tens of thousands of dollars importing specialized equipment into the United States, I feel obligated to warn other businesses about our experience with RoadOne Intermodal Logistics. We hired RoadOne to transport, unload, and coordinate the handling of two specialized shipping containers after they arrived from overseas. What should have been a straightforward logistics process turned into weeks of confusion, unnecessary delays, broken promises, and thousands of dollars in avoidable losses. From day one, communication was extremely poor. We constantly received conflicting information depending on who answered the phone. One employee would tell us one thing, another would say something completely different, and no one ever seemed to have a clear understanding of where our shipment stood or what needed to happen next. We found ourselves making call after call simply trying to get basic answers. The lack of organization was astonishing. Deadlines came and went. Calls weren’t returned. Commitments weren’t honored. We were repeatedly told that something would happen “today” or “tomorrow,” only for nothing to happen and no one to proactively communicate why. Instead, we had to chase down answers ourselves every step of the way. As a direct result of the delays and poor coordination, our company incurred well over $5,000 in additional expenses, including hotel stays, fuel, transportation costs, additional fees, lost productivity, and countless hours of management time. Those are real business losses that could have been avoided with competent project management and honest communication. Our primary point of contact throughout much of this process was Robert Fox. Unfortunately, our experience with him made an already difficult situation significantly worse. In our experience, concerns were routinely dismissed rather than addressed, responsibility for problems was shifted instead of accepted, and we were repeatedly given assurances that ultimately did not materialize. Rather than working collaboratively to solve problems, interactions often left us feeling blamed for issues that were outside of our control. Robert is causing major issues to your company I’d strongly suggest finding someone else that isn’t unprofessional and can handle things properly. We will be sending formal letters to cooperate HQ for dismissal of how you treated this entire process and the rules you broke with customs that got swept under the rug. There were also significant concerns regarding communications surrounding our customs-related handling. Because of those concerns, we submitted a formal complaint to U.S. Customs requesting that they review the matter. We believe those concerns deserved review by the appropriate authorities and have left that process in their hands. What disappointed us most was not that problems occurred—international logistics is complicated, and unexpected issues can arise. It was the complete lack of accountability. Mistakes happen in every business. What matters is how a company responds. Throughout our experience, we saw very little ownership, very little urgency, and almost no effort to make things right despite the substantial financial impact on our company. We chose RoadOne because we expected an experienced logistics company capable of handling international freight professionally. Instead, we experienced disorganization, poor communication, missed commitments, avoidable delays, and significant financial losses. Based on our firsthand experience, I cannot recommend RoadOne Intermodal Logistics for specialized international shipping or container transportation. If your shipment is time-sensitive or delays could have a meaningful financial impact on your business, I would strongly encourage you to carefully evaluate your options before choosing this company.

Took it must 3 hours for delivery I was have my appointment 12:00 pm but they received early but not sure if unloaded before if have more truck before to you no overnight parking except some spots out side
I don't know if it's usually like this as its my first time here, it's 1100 and 0830 just went in. Outside staging area , 3 spaces, so I parked on the opposite side til someone moved out. Walk up to check in. Edit: Once I was backed into the dock, it was in and out. Please make sure you have closed-toe shoes and a safety vest.
Is my first and hopefully last time here ,appointment 11 am and they point me to stage area for 2 hours and counting
I pulled in a couple weeks ago. I had a flatbed load. There was no place to park. I had to park on the street and the security guard was very rude to me. I had to wait two hours past my appointment time before they would actually take me and it took him forever to unload me And when they brought my paperwork back to me, they threw it at me. You can tell this place is very unprofessional and they don’t like truck drivers. I don’t suggest going to this place. Steer clear
