RJ Atlantic Builders, Inc.

Zero stars was not an option, unfortunately! Please stay away from this business! I hired Robbie Johnson, owner of RlJ. Atlantic Builders for 6 figures. I was told it would take 3 months and it took 1 Year. The contract has loopholes so bring it to your attorney before signing. Change orders were given to me after the work was complete and one verbal change came to me on paper for $2,000.00 more than we discussed. The kitchen island with quartz countertop was installed in the incorrect location and had to be moved. There were 5 payments or draws due. The fifth payment or draw was upon completion. Robbie told me he needed the fifth payment because he needed the money. The job was not nearly complete. The outside of my home was not even repainted yet after windows were installed. R.J. Atlantic builders walked off my job and left 2 foot holes in my ceiling, the living area ceiling was accidentally painted semigloss and then touched up with flat paint. This was also the case on the bifold doors which were manufactured so poorly 2 fell apart and now I am replacing all of them. After walking off the job R.J. Atlantic Builders filed a lien on my home!! I had to hire an attorney and a new company to finish the job which ended up costing me nearly $10,000.00. This was my reality, don't make it yours!
