I saw the reviews...but the gentleman inside was kind and quick. They got me in fast to repair my tire. I didnt have to wait...and I will soon be returning for my major repairs on my buick!
The 3 or 4 guys doing all the work are real nice, but the foreman guy and the desk guy in the office (owner or manager?) are real contemptuous and rude jerks to put it mildly. Just generally unfriendly. Not to mention, they are overpriced and poor selection and no stock. Where did all the all the customer service go in the customer service industry?? And then they charge an extra $ for a mystery problem they found with out even telling me. The only reason they got the second star is for the worker bees being polite and cordial.
Riviere Tire is the BEST! Highly recommend! We have used them for 20+ years and they will continue to be our go to place!
I called morning of and they scheduled me the same day in the afternoon. My normal place was on vacation and needed an oil change bad as the weekend had me going into Jacksonville and I didn't want to be low on oil. I just may have a new place for oil changes!!!
They provide excellent work and great prices.
