Lots of maintenance issues regularly. Good location and views of the river. When the pool is open it is very large with ample shallow and deep areas.
My view is fabulous, but communication with the office and maintenance is scarce at best. There is never any indication that a message left for the office is received/acknowledged. Simple maintenance requests have been known to take 6-months or longer to be addressed. The current office manager is the most unprofessional thus far; to stand in the main lobby arguing back and forth with residents in front of others is a new low. Common areas are looking more ghetto than I've ever seen them.
Administration change again. Still no communication with mayor issues. Water was coming down for 4 days, from the 8th floor to my kitchen counter. The wall is still wet. I did call 3 times, and nobody from the office had the courtesy to come and see the mess that we have in the hallway.
This place is falling apart and rent is being raised on the elderly. Very dangerous living with the black mold. Doors falling off and the 2 elevators are on there last legs and breaks down. Frequently. People living there are elderly and handicap impossible to walk up to 12 flights of stairs to get to the apartments. I wish something could be done to somehow report them.
It’s so nice here. For what I pay for rent and have the immensities we have, just the view alone makes this location a very desirable location to live .
