Riverside Presbyterian House

This place has a big huge pit bull that lunged at my son in the dog walking area. This place is a huge hazard. The wall on one side of the dog walking area is only about 3 feet tall, and a dog could easily jump over it. The dog was not on a leash , which is against guidelines.

I'm a potential new residence and I'm overjoyed and overwhelmed with the reception thatn I received.

My mother lived here two years, until she passed away. I can't say enough wonderful things about this place. It's so much more affordable than other places, but what makes it so wonderful is the staff. Everyone from administration to maintenance to kitchen staff are some of the dearest people I've ever met. They genuinely care for the residents. If you have an elderly family member who still wants to be independent but needs a safe place to live, you have found the best place!

Gosh I would really NOT want to live at this place. Mainly for seniors and many have disabilities, so it certainly fills their needs. I'm sure they are happy there. I was visiting a friend there who doesn't need assisted living, so saw her room. As Basic as it gets. Also, saw cockroaches in the room and hallway. NOT a place for me.
