This office has the worst communication that I have ever encountered I was scheduled for an endoscopy and colonoscopy the week of my procedure I was sent a text message to confirm the time but it had been changed to 2 hours earlier which was fine but then I got a text message 5 minutes later with a different time I tried calling nobody would answer I just got a recording I couldn't talk to anyone to confirm a time or about whether my insurance had been approved or if my referral had been sent and approved if I owe a co-pay Etc at this point I don't even know if I have an appointment hire some people to answer your phones I would definitely find a different place if my insurance would cover it but this is the only place my insurance covers

I had an overall great experience with Dr. Eid and her team (front desk staff, my nurse Kaitlyn) for my endoscopy/colonoscopy here. Staff were friendly and informative from start to finish and the whole process was smooth and efficient. I was very anxious for this day but left feeling really reassured and peaceful because of the care I received. Thank you for everything!

Everyone at the Endoscopy center & the GI office in this building has poor communication. I was told that Ubering home from my colonoscopy was fine by my doctor and scheduled the procedure, but when I did the phone call fory medical history before the procedure they said I cant uber home. So now I have no way to get my procedure done and no path forward for my GI healthcare. I have a history of precancerous polyps, a prolapse, fissures, almost daily bleeding and blood clots when pooping, and a family history of Crohns disease. Am I just supposed to suffer or get colon cancer because I dont have family to drive me home? It's ridiculous and extremely unprofessional. They wont even let me do the procedure without anesthesia.
