Excellent customer service from check-in to departure every single time I go. Every person regardless of their position is always friendly, knowledgeable and they make you smile. I am so fortunate that I found Riverside Dental. I chose to go with Riverside dental because of the treatment I received from day one. Dr. Cohlmia is amazing; always concerned about how I feel and listens intently to my suggestions regarding my treatment and goal for the finish line.They are giving me back my smile and improving my way of life😁❤️. Very easy to make appointments, very easy to find, short wait to see Dr Spencer. I was so impressed with him. This Dentist knows what he is doing. He adjusted my lower partial and soft realigned my full upper denture and made appointment to get hard realignment done in one hour! Dr Spencer and Keena are the BEST. I am a very nervous person and they put me at ease! They are the whole package, the real deal and will take care of all your needs. They really do listen and care. I will never go anywhere else! A week later saw Dr Cross who was very creative with my new full upper plate and made sure it was snug and I was very happy with it and said if it needs readjustments in the next year come back please. They made me feel like family and very honest! I also got my bottom. Teeth cleaned and she was very good as well! Thank you to the best Dentist Office around here!
Very professional and caring both Rachel and Dr cross have taken fantastic care of me I strongly believe it’s much more than a job to them it’s a passion. Dr Spencer and his staff are always polite and their passion shows.. My dental work has been extensive but through the whole process I would never want anyone else to take care of me .
