Our property manager Santana is truly amazing! He is always helpful, kind, and professional, and he consistently goes above and beyond for the residents. He’s always finding ways to improve the property and organizing fun little community events that help bring everyone together. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about the community and takes pride in what he does. He is a wonderful leader, and his dedication and positive attitude make a real difference.

I toured this apartment community and absolutely loved it! Unfortunately, it was a little out of my budget, but I wanted to recognize Santana for the excellent customer service. From the moment I walked in, Santana's welcoming energy made me feel right at home. Thank you for your kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help! Highly recommend.

Santana is very respectful and caring ! Made my home search very easy & comfortable. She has helped me every step of the way and any questions or concerns I have. I actually love my apartment. It’s quiet , I love my cute patio that leads to the dog park. The central air is very cold . My apartment is comfortable for the most part. Parking has been good too. Friendly vibe and the pool is sparkling clean. I don’t have any concerns and if I do I know Ms Santana will be willing to help answer or fix. So far so good! I’m from out of town so finding a place was hard but this place definitely made my search easy for me. Def worth checking out !

I just want to say how great Leyla has been as a property manager. She’s always been really helpful, understanding, and easy to communicate with. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed help with something, she’s been quick to respond and actually takes the time to help. It’s honestly nice having a property manager who is friendly, respectful, and makes you feel like your concerns matter. Leyla definitely goes above and beyond, and I really appreciate everything she does. She deserves 5 stars!
