Beautiful landscaping with stunning plant life and warmly-gracious residents make visiting this community a meaningful experience.
I own two properties at Riverside. I think that it is a great neiborhood. Unfortunately, the only way to communicate with the HOA is to leave your trash can out. Then they will notify you that you have been fined. Other than that there is no way to communicate with the HOA. They don't answer the phone, respond to voice messages or emails. I will drive to the published address on a week day and see if there is actually someone at the office.
Im stuck at the gate and no one coming to open it
