There are so many things to say about this beautiful location…located on the water, beautiful fountain up front for pictures, active marine life in the water that is visible from the dock behind the venue. Whether you are looking for a reception hall, ceremony space or both the River House makes for such an unforgettable experience. Crystal and Janel are there to serve you every step of the way with full communication and willingness to help. My husband and I had our wedding here over the weekend and all of our family have nothing but amazing things to say about this venue. Thank you so much for such an incredible experience I will hold on to for the rest of my life.

We absolutely LOVE working at The River House! Every time we’re there, it’s such a dream—from the stunning views of the water to the elegant indoor space, it’s the perfect backdrop for any special celebration. The venue is not only gorgeous (hello, golden hour on the dock!), but the staff is also so kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful. As a vendor, that makes all the difference! Everything runs so smoothly, and it’s clear the team takes pride in creating an incredible experience for their couples and guests. We toured several wedding venues in the area and were at a loss until we finally stumbled upon the River House. The River House is gorgeous with water views, a huge parking lot, and is just a mile from the historic district. We especially loved that we had the whole place to ourselves and really had the freedom to personalize our wedding by bringing in our own vendors and decor. The cherry on top is that our wedding helped benefit a non-profit organization, the Council on Aging, and the programs that they have for seniors during the week. We had such a perfect experience with the River House and highly recommend this venue for other couples!

The hidden gem of St. Augustine! We had the most amazing experience with the entire team at River House. They are all incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire process! The space is just unbeatable- right on the water yet private and secluded from the busy downtown area. Would recommend this venue for any event!
