We've used the property management services of RIVER CITY REALTY for more than six years. We always deal with Sharleen Messinese and couldn't be happier with her services and professionalism. She goes above and beyond, helping us with the little things that can be missed when listening a property for rent. Sharleen is there before, during and after the rental is completed, and the property is under contract providing us with her years of experience. My wife Renee and I highly recommend Sharleen and RIVER CITY REALTY and MANAGEMENT SERVICES for all your real estate needs.
As a first time landlord, renting out your home and hiring a company to take the reins is very daunting. From day 1 David has been very responsive, professional, and reassuring through the whole process. Over 2 years later I still have original tenants with 0 issues and feel very blessed for River City. I would very much recommend them, their pricing is very competitive and very much worth it for the mental peace of mind.
They are a very professional, personable and honest. I have worked with David and Nicole for years. They have taken good care of our properties. David is very accessible and helpful any time I call.
