My law firm contacted this company to send a court reporter to a summary final judgment hearing, and we even sent them a copy of the Notice Engaging Court Reporter. They didn't appear at the hearing! Fortunately, a court reporter was in the hall and available to cover my hearing. I'll never use this company again.
