This agency has very poor service for their clients and the workers refuse to do their assigned duties due to the low payment rate. They're are lazy, rude, arrogant, unprofessional and uneducated... I'm not her daughter I'm her sister and her case summary required the aides to clean, cook, do laundry and help her with her daily life skills which they refused to do. She had 34 hrs of service from medicaid and All they did was sit and play with their phones. My sister spent many weeks by herself due to zero staff availability from this agency and mind you, she's legally blind and a dialysis patient... There's no support from them or concern for their clients. In all truth, this agency's license should be revoked and closed.

They run their company like Door Dash but they are in health care. They also said I had unrealistic expectations. They signed a contract for so many hours a week of care. They provided only three and a half hours out of 27 this weekend. It is not unreasonable to ask for what is in the actual contract.

I am so thankful to have Latisha Young as my CNA. She's go above and beyond when comes to my care. After being with the company for a few years I am satisfied with the services now.
