This practice is wonderful! They are kind and caring. Kelly, the dental hygienist, was thorough and offered a few ways to improve taking care of my teeth and gums. Dr. Lovett is also fabulous. I have allergies and she worked diligently to find me products I could use without reactions. I highly recommend this practice.

Friendly and welcoming environment. Clean. Would recommend to anyone! Had been a while since my last dentist appointment- 7 years, yikes! Staff made me feel welcome and important and took great care of my teeth. Kelly the hygienist was especially kind taking care of my cleaning. Gave a care plan with all fees up front and the receptionist handled insurance info very well. Everyone knows what they're doing and genuinely cares :)

After the amazing experience and service I received yesterday I felt the absolute need to leave these wonderful staff a review. From the initial call to setup an appointment down to when I walked out after my appointment I was treated with the utmost respect and kindness. I like many others have severe anxiety when it comes to the dentist which makes it challenge to even take that step to go to the dentist especially since I had to have teeth pulled, but they were so caring and considerate every minute of the process to make sure I was comfortable and that’s what really makes this place so special they actually care your not just another patient that walks in the door and rushing to get in and out they take the time with you as if you were family but felt like. I honestly could go on and on about what a wonderful experience I had I can say hands down you won’t find a better dentist practice to go to in Jacksonville point blank period.
