I brought a group of 30 teenagers and all of them had an amazing evening! The speaker was fantastic and the adoration was a perfect opportunity to encounter Christ. Very uplifting, prayerful and fun! I highly recommend this for anyone who wants more peace and joy in life.
It's great until you get to meet the youth that runs it personally. They're very judgmental & allow their preconceived notions to rule their mind. Instead of loving everyone they look at them like a mission project, only nice because it's the "right thing" when they don't even know the person. There's a lot of politics and if they don't like you, oh well to anything you want to offer - whether it be YOUR time. your talents or just lend a helping hand. If you're looking to have a voice in the group or offer your time to help better the community - look elsewhere. Great on stage, but disappointed with who they really are. There's a lot of great Catholic groups, but this is not one of them.
I went as one of the teenagers and I had one of the best nights of my life full of joy, peace, and love. The way they put everything together pulls everyone together as a big rise up family! I would highly recommend this to anyone!!! If you feel empty with your life this is the place to start!
