The best Caterpillar dealership I have been to. The largest that I have been to. The employees are extremely nice and helpful. Been to this CAT dealership at least 12 times even though I live 1000 miles away.

Horrible my 287 broke down numerous times since we purchased it in May of 2016 so only a few months ago. This last breakdown the machine would not move and so called mobile technician could not repair on site and had to be towed into a facility. Well ring power caterpillar do not want to pay for this tow and expect us to somehow get this machine to them which is impossible without a wrecker service. I paid out of pocket and simply asking for refund for tow. After being told by multiple people management supervisors different departments I expressed my dissatisfaction with them and stated I would post negative reviews in regards to this situation and was told by a Ryan in corporate office if I did he would pull my loaner I was given and promised when I bought this machine. The anticipated time to fix my machine is 2 weeks and they expect me to be out of business this long? Great decision Ring Power way to take care of your customers after the sale of your products. Good people good service

Our Homeschooling group visited the CAT Ringpower complex during the Holidays. Mark Pearson offered an interesting, interactive, informative presentation. We visited the mining dump truck, bulldozers, and other commercial tractors in the back. The kids each received a sticker and CAT coloring book. The festive CAT decorations were Gorgeous!! HUGE tree, covered in model tractors. Life-size nutcrackers guarding the elevators. There's an alligator statue in the side garden. It was multi-level magical! Security badges were required.
